PURPOSE: A complex functional board and a waterproof and tree-planting structure on the rooftop using the same are provided to efficiently obtain a waterproof effect and a tree-planting effect by laminating a waterproof layer or drain layer. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer(110) is made of forming reins insulators. A coating layer(120) is formed on the surface of the insulation layer. A drain line(140) is formed on the upper side of the insulation layer. A joint is formed between a board connection unit and an adjacent board. A cut unit is formed by cutting the upper edge of the joint to form a sealant filling groove in the joint. A finishing step is extended around the joint.
