Permanent light signal device of simulated presence in the home, which can be installed in all types of homes/houses whose front door has a peephole through which people who are outside of the home/house can be seen, and through which people outside may be aware of the existence of light inside the home/house indicating or simulating the presence of persons inside, consisting of a body (1), in the form of a box, defined by two parts (2 and 3) joined together, presenting a first part (2), a circular hole (8) of the same diameter as the peephole, and a second part (3) with a power supply (9) and a light source (10), such that once the device is mounted, on closure of the box (1), the light source (10) is aligned with the peephole (5), projecting a permanent light beam through the peephole of the access door of the home /house, simulating the presence of persons inside the home/house.
