PURPOSE: An aerating apparatus and a method for constructing the same are provided to accelerate the fermentation of compost by smoothening the supply of fluid and the drainage of leachate in order to uniformly supply external air to the compost. CONSTITUTION: An aerating apparatus(1) includes a housing part(10) and an aerating tube(20). A draining path(10a) is formed in the housing part, and air supplying holes(131a) and fluid draining holes(132a) are formed on the upper side of the housing part. The aerating tube is arranged in the draining path, and a fluid path is formed in the aerating tube. A fluid spraying hole connecting the fluid path and an oxygen supplying hole is formed in the aerating tube. An inflow preventing panel is protruded from the upper edge part of the housing part. |
