PURPOSE: A device for machining a hub flange for a grid coupling is provided to reduce the size of a cutter body by installing a bite tool on the outer circumference of a cutting body in a spreading direction. CONSTITUTION: A device for machining a hub flange for a grid coupling comprises a clamping member and first and second processing units(200,300). The clamping member is installed on the upper center of a base plate(100). The clamping member fixes a hub(20) for the processing of teeth. The first and second processing units comprise first and second headstocks, first and second cutter bodies, and a bite tool. The first and second cutter bodies are installed in the first and second headstock and rotated using the power of a motor(214). When the first and second cutter bodies revolve to locate the bite tool in parallel with the center of hub, the first and second headstocks are installed along a diagonal line.
