PURPOSE: A producing method of kimchi rolled with undaria pinnatifida using gardenia seeds is provided to offer the yellow color of the gardenia seeds for coloring the kimchi including Chinese cabbage, radish, bell pepper, and the undaria pinnatifida. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi rolled with undaria pinnatifida using gardenia seeds comprises the following steps: mixing purified water, a gardenia seed extract, garlic juice, ginger juice, saccharin, salt, and vinegar to obtain gardenia seed soup; dying radish with the gardenia seed soup to obtain yellow radish; tying the yellow radish with Chinese cabbage leaves, bassica juncea, the undaria pinnatifida, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot slices using oenanthe japonica; and pouring the gardenia seed soup to the obtained kimchi rolled with the undaria pinnatifida. |
