FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to metallurgy, namely, to rolling equipment. Proposed device 1 comprises at least two rolls to produce source of deformation 5, feed and roll rolled material, for example, metal strip. If required, said device may be equipped with support rolls 7, 8. Besides, at least one measuring device 11 is arranged additionally to measure lag of rolled material before deformation source 4 and control unit 13. Said control unit controls material flatness adjusting elements in response to signals of said measuring device 11.
