The tank has a cylindrical monoblock piece (1) made of thermoplastic material i.e. polyethylene, where the tank is equipped with a peripheral shoulder (3) at its base. The monoblock piece is fabricated by rotation molding, where a bottom part of the monoblock piece is equipped with a concrete block (2) poured in plant. The concrete block is equipped with reinforcement. The peripheral shoulder is equipped with emerging bridging links (4).
