PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the traceability of green power to make alternation impossible.

SOLUTION: This green power demand/supply certification device 1 is provided with: a power transmission/reception completion report verification part 21 for comparing power transmission result information (power transmission completion report d3) transmitted from a power transmission source which transmits green power with power reception result information (power reception completion report d4) transmitted from a power transmission destination which receives the green power from the power transmission source to verify the presence/absence of matching; and a demand/supply information processing part 22 for making the power transmission result information associated with power reception result information, determined to be matched by the power transmission/reception completion report verification part 21 to generate demand/supply information d5 including the power transmission source, the power transmission destination and the power transmission/reception electrical energy of the green power.
