摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce foreign materials that are produced when an optical axis is adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: An optical axis-adjusting screw includes: a shaft 16 which is molded by resin injection molding using a die 50 and has a screw portion 19a screwed on a lamp unit 10 or a bracket holding the lamp unit 10 and a support shaft 21 supported rotatably on a lamp body; a gear portion 17 which is continuous with one end of the shaft 16 and is operated to rotate; and a plurality of elastically engaging portions 18 and 18 which are continuous with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 16, is capable of shifting in the direction of going away from the shaft 16 to deform in the direction of separating from the shaft 16 as it moves closer from the shaft 16 toward the gear portion 17, and causes front end faces 18a and 18a to come into contact with the inner surface of the lamp body when the support shaft 21 is supported on the lamp body. When the optical axis adjusting screw is molded with the die 50, parting lines PA are created on the outer peripheral edge of the outer surface or inner surface of the engaging portions 18 and 18 during the molding process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
