<p>The disclosed gas concentration measurement module (2X) is provided with: a gas cell (10X) which forms an introduction space (11X) wherein sample gas (50X) is introduced; an infrared light source (21X) arranged at one end of the gas cell (10X); a reference light light-receiving element (31X) and a signal light light-receiving element (32X) which are arranged at the other end of the gas cell (10X) and which receive the infrared light emitted from the infrared light source (21X); and an inert gas chamber (40X) which is arranged within the introduction space (11X) in the optical path between the infrared light source (21X) and the reference light light-receiving element (31X), and in which an inert gas is encapsulated which is inactive in relation to the infrared light emitted from the infrared light source (21X). A calculation circuit (3X) calculates the concentration of carbon dioxide in the sample gas (50X) on the basis of a comparison of the energy value of the infrared light received by the signal light light-receiving element (32X) and the energy value of the light received by the reference light light-receiving element (31X), in the gas concentration measurement module (2X).</p> |
