<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new claudin-bindable molecule having directionality to claudin-1 and a drug delivery system, a mucous membrane absorption promoter, a viral disease treating agent, and a cancer treating agent which utilize the claudin-bindable molecule. <P>SOLUTION: The claudin-bindable molecule comprises (A) a protein which is composed of a partial sequence of the amino acid sequence represented by sequence No.1 and contains at least amino acids at positions 304-319 and (B) a protein which is composed of an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deficient, substituted or added in the parts of the sequence other than the proline at position 305, the arginine at position 307, and the histidine at position 313 in the amino acid sequence (A) and binds with claudin and has bindability to claudin-1 and claudin-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
