PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a bonding mechanism as much as possible by supporting a pipe making apparatus so that an outside roller does not come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of an existing pipe. SOLUTION: A molding frame 2 constituting the pipe making apparatus 1 is formed in about annular shape by successively linking a plurality of link bodies 21, each of which is composed by joining an inner link frame 22 and an outer link frame 23 via a joining axis 24 so as to be mutually freely rotating. A regulation member 5 is disposed over the link bodies 21 in the molding frame 2 facing with an interval 180°to form the molding frame 2 in an ellipse shape with a major diameter corresponding to a minor diameter of the existing pipe K and further an outside diameter of a regeneration pipe S with which a guiding roller 3 of the link bodies 21 facing with an interval 180°comes into contact is regulated so as to be in accord with the inside diameter of the existing pipe K. Thereby when the molding frame 2 performs circumference moving on the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe K by driving of the bonding mechanism 4, the guiding roller 3 of the facing link bodies 21 rotates on the inner peripheral surface of the regeneration pipe S while pressing the regeneration pipe S to the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe K.
