PURPOSE: A compound containing two or more 5-membered heterocycles and an organic electronic device using the same are provided to lower driving voltage of the device and to improve photo efficiency and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing two or more 5-membered hetero cycles is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electronic device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound of chemical formula 1. The organic layer is formed by a soluble process using the compound of chemical formula 1. The organic electronic device is an organo luminescence device comprising a first electrode, one or more organic layers, and a second electrode.
