A method for the complex treatment of the acute destructive pancreatitis by extracorporeal detoxification in the setting of the standard therapy comprises the use of membrane plasmapheresis at the edematous stage of the acute destructive pancreatitis within the first hours of the onset of the disease with plasma exfusion and substitution of the produced deficiency with complex of ionic solutions.
