PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm sound generator reliably alarming vehicle information to persons near both sides in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle even when only one alarm sound generation source is provided. SOLUTION: A speaker 1 is provided in an existing space surrounded by an add-on frame 3, an air guide 4 for guiding traveling air from the front side of the vehicle to a power source unit 2, a fender cover 5 and a hood (not shown) out of an existing space in a vehicle front part motor room containing the power source unit 2, or, the existing space free from any ingress of foreign matter such as muddy water splash and high-pressure vehicle washing water. The alarm sound transmission direction of the speaker 1 is opposite to the air guide 4, and the speaker is attached to the add-on frame 3 via a bracket 6. The sound from the speaker 1 collides with the air guide 4 and is reflected, and diffused in the existing space. Then, the alarm sound is diffused outside the vehicle from spaces between the add-on frame 3, the air guide 4, the fender cover 5 and the hood, and existing holes such as a positioning hole, or the like, and the alarm sound generator is constituted to be non-directional.
