A device for adjusting a load on a driving axles of mine locomotive comprises velocimeters or meters of travelled distance and a control unit. It additionally comprises a winch with a drive and a load with possibility of displacement in longitudinal direction in case of sliding of one of leading wheel pairs of the locomotive relative to the track.
