PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital receiving device which can certainly receive a desired wave. SOLUTION: When a predetermined period elapses with a filter coefficient of a value for removing a desired wave as a noise set in an adaptive mode without any frequency change in a signal input to a receiving antenna, a reset operation of the filter coefficient is conducted for "after implementation". More specifically in this instance, the filter coefficient of a value for removing the desired wave as noise is memory-held and disabled, releasing the filter forming operation for removing the desired wave as noise. Accordingly, for "after implementation", when the desired wave is input as a new signal during the period until the reset release condition is fulfilled after the start of the reset operation, the desired wave which can pass through the filter part and being received.
