PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for forming a double eyelid, which is simply structured and easily forming a line at the same position on the eyelid, and a method for forming the double eyelid using the same. SOLUTION: The tool 10 for forming the double eyelid comprises: a disk 25 pressing the eyelid; a rotary leg 20 extending from the disk 25; a spherical part 32; a support leg 30 extending from the spherical part 32; and a main body 11 which connects the rotary leg 20 and the support leg 30 at their ends distant from and opposite to the disk 25 and the spherical part 32 respectively, so that the extending direction of the rotary leg 20 and the extending direction of the support leg 30 form a prescribed angleα.
