PURPOSE: A sensing device, an apparatus for virtual golf simulation using the same, and a method for virtual golf simulation are provided to improve user's convenience and to reduce costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for virtual golf simulation is as follows. In a screen, an image for the virtual golf simulation is displayed. A sensing device is operated in order to sense a hit golf ball. One of a sensing mode and an operation mode is selected. The sensing mode is prepared in order to sense a golf ball that a user strikes. The operation mode is prepared in order to sense operation contents that the user operates. A virtual golf simulation apparatus comprises an image processing unit, a sensing device, and a controller. In the image processing unit, operation information and golf simulation video information are displayed on a screen.
