PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching a gas sensor to a printed circuit which allows attaching a cap in the same process as circuit parts. SOLUTION: A gas sensor chip, wherein a gas-sensitive part with a heater is provided to the bridging part or diaphragm provided to an Si substrate, is incorporated to the printed circuit board. The cap is arranged to the wiring of the printed circuit board coated with solder paste along with the circuit parts and the solder paste is melted/coagulated to solder the circuit parts and the cap to the printed circuit board at the same time.
