PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit any message using voice and/or a moving picture from a sender to a receiver together with a commodity.

SOLUTION: A customer 3 to be a commodity sender reads a QR code (R) 61 printed on an order sheet 60 by a customer's terminal 30, accesses a transmission URL of a message registration page 130 and uploads a message using voice and/or a moving picture to a server 100 on the Internet N. Meanwhile, a user 5 to be a commodity receiver reads a QR code (R) 71 printed on a delivery slip 70 by a user's terminal 50, directly accesses a reproduction URL of a reproduction message frame 150, and reproduces and views the message using the voice and/or the moving picture through the Internet N.
