<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity applying container capable of visually recognizing a measured part before application, and surely preventing a content in a container body from leaking. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed quantity applying container is characterized in that a mounting cylinder 20 is mounted to an opening neck of the container body, a measuring cylinder 40 with a nozzle cylinder is freely rotatably mounted through a connecting cylinder 30 to a stem 10 standing in an upward energizing state from a pump mechanism provided in the container body, a projection 34 for regulating the actuation of the pump is longitudinally formed at the outer face of the connecting cylinder 30, and a longitudinal channel 25 for descending the projection 34 for regulating the actuation of the pump and a recessed part 26 moving only in the peripheral direction of the projection for regulating the actuation of the pump by only a specified distance are provided on the inner face of the mounting cylinder 20.
