OILLESS JOURNAL BEARING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An oilless journal bearing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the blockage due to scraps and reduce the manufacturing costs by excluding a polishing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an oilless journal bearing comprises steps of: mixing materials(S11), molding and sintering the mixed materials to make a journal bearing(S12,S13), turning the inner periphery of the journal bearing to form threads with the height of Rz10~15(S20), and sizing the inner periphery of the journal bearing to remove the sharp threads to the height of Rz8~13(S30).
