<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CRM server for enabling one operator to create and reply answer mail for one piece of inquiry mail without sorting. <P>SOLUTION: In response to an operation with respect to a client, inquiry mail is selected (S35). Whether no response has been made to the selected inquiry mail is determined by referring to an inquiry mail history database (S36). When no response has been made to the inquiry mail, ID of an operator who is logging in is recorded in association with the inquiry mail (S37). When a response has been made to the inquiry mail, whether the ID of the operator who is logging in matches the operator ID recorded in association with the inquiry mail is determined (S38). When the operator IDs do not match each other, the client 18 is notified of the result. In this case, the operator needs to select another inquiry mail.
