The invention relates to a hand-operated functional hose instrument, comprising a hose-shaped functional part (1) and a wire-shaped functional part (2) extending therein, wherein the two functional parts can be moved axially relative to each other in order to perform a useful function at a distal end, and comprising an actuating part (6), which is arranged at a proximal end section of the functional parts. The invention further relates to an operating handle for such a hand-operated functional hose instrument. According to the invention, the functional hose instrument has an actuating part at a proximal end section of the two functional parts, said actuating part containing a coupling sleeve (5), to which the hose-shaped functional part is connected in an axially rigid manner and through which the wire-shaped functional part extends, and containing an operating element (6), to which the wire-shaped functional part is connected in an axially rigid manner in a proximal section behind the sleeve, wherein the coupling sleeve has a coupling means (5a) for coupling to a handle element of the operating handle in an axially rigid manner. The functional hose instrument can be used, for example, for endoscopic calculus-collecting cage instruments, collecting net instruments, loop instruments, and wire filter instruments. |
