PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device and an electronic apparatus in which transferring of an organic functional material or the like on a sealing substrate side is prevented. SOLUTION: The organic EL device is provided with a plurality of organic EL elements having an organic functional layer including at least an organic light emitting layer between a pixel electrode and a counter electrode and has a can-sealing structure covering the organic EL elements by a sealing substrate 90. On the counter electrode, there is formed a concavo-convex part reflecting a concavo-convex formed on a base side of the counter electrode.
