PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive assist system capable of efficiently performing drive assist. SOLUTION: The drive assist system mounted to a vehicle for assisting vehicle drive comprises: an evaluation point setting means for setting evaluation points at a current location between the current location and a destination, and the destination; a first evaluation function computation means for computing a first evaluation function which varies according to a time at each evaluation point (step S205); a cumulative evaluation function computation means for computing a cumulative evaluation function including at least the first evaluation function (step S206); and a drive assist means for performing a drive assist operation (step S209) so as to maximize the cumulative evaluation function of the evaluation points at the destination.
