The ring has two opposite bearing regions (10, 11) formed with through-holes, respectively. Curved end sections of a gripping area (g) are rotatably supported in the through-holes. An inner end of one of the end sections is formed in round shape, so that upward movement of the gripping area moves a clamping region of the inner end for engaging at an inner wall of a curvature portion of a lid ring by pressing force. The force is strong or high such that the gripping area stands in an upright position or the force is larger than frictional force in one of the bearing regions. An independent claim is also included for a combination of a plastic ring and a metallic lid ring.
