PURPOSE: A plastic fine pattern forming apparatus using the direct ultrasonic wave forming is provided to save the energy as stamping mode and form the desired pattern while the load is changed. CONSTITUTION: A plastic fine pattern forming apparatus using the direct ultrasonic wave forming comprises a tool horn(10), a fine pattern processing unit, a die(40), a pressing unit(60). The tool horn is vibrated with the ultrasonic excitation. The fine pattern processing unit is offered to the section of the tool horn facing the surface of a plastic base material(20) and is touched with the surface of the plastic substrate. The fine pattern processing unit forms the complementary pattern to the fine pattern of the plastic substrate. The plastic substrate is putted on the die. The pressing unit at least pressurizes one between the tool horn and plastic substrate about the other one.
