The device (1) has a collector (3) arranged to collect light from a light source (2) i.e. LED. A bending machine (4) comprises a reflective surface (5) and a cutting edge (6) that is arranged such that the light collected by the collector is reflected on the reflective surface of the bending machine. A reflector (8) directly reflects the light from the collector and the light subjected to reflection on the reflective surface of the bending machine to form a beam to be cut. The cutting edge extends parallel to a main optical axis (X) of the device.
