摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of recovery and regeneration process and improvement of the quality of reused material when constituting materials of disused fluorescent lamps are recovered and regenerated and reused, and especially enhance the recovery efficiency of glass bulbs. <P>SOLUTION: By immersing the glass bulb recovered by separating and removing phosphor materials from the inner face of the glass bulb of the disused fluorescent lamps in nitric acid solution, mercury adhered or contained in the glass bulb is removed and glass materials is reutilized. Like this, by reutilizing the glass materials after removing the mercury from the recovered glass bulb, a high quality glass material can be obtained.
