PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting diode solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric efficiency and reduce power consumption by absorbing incident light and the internal light from an OLED through an organic solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting diode solar cell is attached to the back side of an organic light-emitting diode, and it absorbs the internal light from the organic light-emitting diode and coverts the light into electricity. The OLED is comprised of a reflection backside electrode(Thin Ag), a low molecular material(a-NPD), aluminum(Alq3), a cesium carbonate(CscC03), and a semi-transparent electrode(Thin Ag). |
