PURPOSE: A wiring circuit board and a fuel battery including the same are provided to secure conductivity of an electrode film and conductive layer, thereby preventing corrosion of the conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A wiring circuit board is used in a fuel battery. The wiring circuit board includes an insulating layer, a conductive layer, and a coating layer. The conductive layer is prepared on the insulating layer and includes a predetermined pattern. The coating layer covers the surface of the conductive layer. A FPC substrate(1) includes a base insulating layer(2) comprised of polyimide. The base insulating layer is comprised of a first insulation part(2a), a second insulation part(2b), a third insulation part(2c), and a fourth insulation part(2d). |
