<p>The pressure surge (20) has a cutting tool with a cutting element having a cutting edge for cutting an intermediate wall (34) that separates an outer material retaining chamber (32) and an inner material retaining chamber (33). The cutting tool is formed such that a section is produced in the form of a helix during cutting of the wall. The cutting element is diagonally arranged at an angle relative to a movement direction of an external injection piston (37) and an internal injection piston (38), and a head part (21) has a chamber for collecting the cut wall.
