PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve reliability by including a thermoelectric element and minimizing the deterioration of a light emitting diode chip. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electrodes(31,32) is installed in a body(10). A light emitting diode chip(20) is arranged in the body and generates light by being electrically connected to a plurality of the electrodes. A thermo electric cooler module(40) is formed on one of a plurality of electrodes, electrically connected to a plurality of the electrodes, mounts the light emitting diode chip, and cools the light emitting diode chip.
