<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus applying optimum amount of soy sauce onto sushi from above. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes one or more recessed parts to keep droplets of soy sauce, on an arbitrary surface of a plate formed by using a resin or an earthenware, wood, metal or the like. The droplets adhere on the recessed parts by immersing the surface to a dish keeping soy sauce.
