The device has a small tube arranged between a cartridge or box (5) and a nozzle (4). An internal thread is provided at an end of the tube for screwing the tube on to external thread, which is arranged at the cartridge or box. The external thread engages with the internal thread, and the tube is elongated to a hose. The tube and/or the hose are closed on a side with a plug with the external thread and a closure cap is fitted on the other side of the tube and/or the hose, where the plug has a length of 20- 25 mm.
