PURPOSE: An indentation testing system with a three-dimensional surface shape measurement unit is provided to accurately analyze indentation strength by measuring the size and height of the indentation. CONSTITUTION: An indentation testing system with a three-dimensional surface shape measurement unit comprises an inspection table(10), an optical system(30) for measuring a three-dimensional surface shape, a camera(20), and a main controller(40). A TCP or COG(14) is placed on an LCD glass(13) of the inspection table. The optical system is formed in the top or bottom of the inspection table and accurately measures the convex shape formed on the surface of the TCP or COG. The camera images the information measured through the optical system. The main controller computes and processes the image received from the camera.
