PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dissolving function of subject matter by installing a flow straightening body having a head part protruded to be tapered. SOLUTION: A fuel-shaped mixing bowl 9 provided with an injection port 9a at a lower end is provided, and a flow straightening body 30 is installed at the injection port 9a. An abacus counter-shaped head part 32 is provided on the flow straightening body 30, and a lower inclined circumferential surface 33 faces a tapered surface 9b of the mixing bowl 9 having a little clearance 40 between each other. As hot water and powder tea are supplied into the mixing bowl 9, hot water turns and falls while powder tea is dissolved in it, where since the upper side of the injection port 9a is closed with the head part 32 of the flow straightening body 30, hot water is not allowed to directly go to the injection port 9a, but it is expanded outward to turn to go through the clearance 40 on the outer side of the head part 32 to the injection port 9a. Hot water stay time and turning distance are thus elongated, thereby powder tea is kept in flow of hot water for a long time to be dissolved in hot water without residue. |
