PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laundry pole which solves defects of conventional laundry poles that washing hung by hangers are biassed and contacts with each other by wind, the laundry pole is warped and bent, and washing is dried slowly. SOLUTION: The partition grooves 5 are continuously arranged in a laundry pole 4. A tube with about 10 cm of length formed of a suitable material such as durable hard polyvinyl resin is used to build the grooves applying about 3 mm of thickness of the tube. A method to build stable groove width is to set a projection of a projecting shape 2 on the bottom part in the entrance direction of the hard polyvinyl resin tube nicely fittable into an outer diameter of the laundry pole 4, to form a long dimension, to set a recess of the recessed shape 3 on the bottom part in the exit direction, and the dimension is formed short. Further, female threads 7 for fixing are set on the center between the projecting shape 2 and the recessed shape 3, the tubes formed in such a manner are sent in order into the laundry pole 4 and arranged, and both of overall straight progressing characteristic and grip characteristic can be provided by fixing the tubes by a set screw 1 from below.
