The cable winding machine that performs the coil and spool type winding processes in the same machine characterized in that it comprises the winding station performing both coil and spool winding and having at least two winding heads which are symmetrical to each other, to perform the winding process; the spools with channel for use in the winding process in spool form, and the head connecting member and the coil heads able to narrow and widen for use in the winding process in coil mode; also at least two stretch film wrapping mechanisms for securing the end of the wound material remaining outside the spool or coil with the stretch film made of such materials as polyethylene, PVC, etc.; and at least two rotational holder pliers that wrap the stretch film around the spool or coil to enable the securing of the same, and also, hold the terminal end of the material cut in the spool or coil during said process.
