<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system enabling the performance of appropriate treatment that takes into consideration the circumstances of both the sides of a medical worker side and of a patient, even under a circumstance where the patient is transported by ambulance. <P>SOLUTION: The medical system 1 includes an IC card 9 recording information regarding illnesses of a patient specified by a medical worker; a card reader 23 for reading the information on the diseases of the patient recorded in a memory 19 thereof; a management server 7; and an information processing terminal 5 for input that is connected via an information communications network 3 that allows the patient to classify the information regarding own diseases into public information and secret information for specification and writing the information in the management server 7 for having the same stored therein, and a QR code [R] is indicated on the IC card in order to display the public information.
