<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify causes for communication failure and communication quality deterioration in a computer system. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system includes a controller 2 and switches 1 holding a flow table 11 with a flow entry set by the controller 2 and conducting a relay operation specified by the flow entry to a received packet adapted to the flow entry. The computer system further includes a plurality of computers 6 conducting communications through the switches 1 and a data processor 20. The data processor 20 collects statistical information about the communication from the plurality of switches 1 for which a flow entry corresponding to the communication having a defect is set and specifies the place of the cause for communication having the defect in response to the statistical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
