PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a closed feeling of a reproduced sound when wearing an acoustic signal compensator on ears. SOLUTION: The acoustic signal compensator 150 includes an acoustic signal receiving module 202 receiving an acoustic signal, a resonance characteristic compensator 220 performing compensation on the acoustic signal, as compensation of acoustic characteristics for an ear characteristic including a first order and a second order resonance characteristics, to suppress components of a first-order pseudo-antiresonance frequency of ear resonance and a second-order pseudo-antiresonance frequency lower than double of the first-order pseudo-antiresonance frequency, and an output module 203 outputting the acoustic signal compensated by the compensator 220.
