PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a catalytic agent for improving physical characteristics is provided to secure multiple functions to the catalytic agent by adjusting the ratio of igneous rock particle agent and a tourmaline particle agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a catalytic agent for improving physical characteristics includes the following: Igneous rock particle and tourmaline particle are processed as a catalytic agent for improving physical characteristics through a mine processing process and a hydrothermal pressure purifying process. The particle sizes of the igneous rock particle and the tourmaline particle are between 10 and 100nm. The catalytic agent includes one or more element/compounds of nickel, zinc, magnetic iron, cobalt, magnesium, gold, silver, copper, iron, rhodium, selenium, tellurium, molybdenum, antimony, potassium, and bismuth.
