PURPOSE: A bollard for blocking the entry of a vehicle to a bicycle road is provided to ensure the safety of a bicycle rider because a rotating member is rotated and the pedals of a bicycle can be easily separated when the pedals are caught on the bollard. CONSTITUTION: A bollard for blocking the entry of a vehicle to a bicycle road comprises a U-shaped bollard body(10), one or more shock-absorbing rotating members(30), and a buffer member. The shock-absorbing rotating members are allowed to rotate with respect to the U-shaped bollard body and rotated by frictional contact with the side of a vehicle. The buffer member is installed inside or outside the rotating members.
