WIRE-SAW SYSTEM FOR SENSING OF WIRE DISCONNECTION

PURPOSE: A wire saw system for sensing disconnection is provided to prevent power, applied to a wire, from being applied to power applied for driving a motor. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw system for sensing disconnection comprises two guide rollers(GR), a wire(W), winding rollers(WR), and a motor(M). The guide rollers are separated from each other and are rotated around rotary shafts(S1). The wire is moved when the guide rollers are rotated and cuts an ingot. The winding rollers are rotated around a fixed shaft(S2) to supply or return the wire to/from the guide rollers. The motor rotates a drive shaft(S3) using power applied for rotating the winding rollers or the guide rollers.
