PURPOSE: A fire retardant cushion for electric motor car passenger room and cloth manufacturing method of the cushion are provided to improve inconvenience of metal and plastic seats usage regarding the safety in the fire of the motor car passenger room, and to prevent danger of the safety accident. CONSTITUTION: The silicon seat layer spreads the silicon solution in the uniform thickness in the transcription paper which is withdrawal supplied from the transfer paper roll and desiccates the solution. The first silicon adhesive layer re-dries after spreading silicon adhesive on the silicon seat layer. The starch cloth layer is ripening dried after pressure-connecting the starch cloth on the first silicon adhesive layer. The step of obtaining semi-product is composed of the silicon seat layer, the first silicon adhesive layer, and the starch cloth layer by falling and rolling the transcription paper. The second silicon adhesive layer spreads the silicon adhesive on the surface in which the rolled semi-product is withdrawal supplied, and dries the surface. The silicon bottom layer spreads the silicon solution on the second silicon adhesive layer and re-dries the layer. The second silicon adhesive layer is combined with the release paper on the silicon bottom layer and is rolled after forming the release paper layer.
