NON-MOTORIZED BOGIE OF HIGH-SPEED RAIL VEHICLE

The invention relates to rail vehicles and can be used in the undercarriage of train, especially of high-speed passenger transport. Novelty consists in that in a non-motorized bogie each wheel pair comprises two wheels built-up on an axle and three brake disks mounted on the axle at equal distances from each other. The working part of each brake disc is removably attached to a hub by means of fastening elements and it comprises ventilation channels formed by cooling fins. The frame is formed by two longitudinal beams curved down in the middle part and one cross beam connecting the middle parts of longitudinal beams to each other. From each side of the cross beam at an equal distance from each other three elements are located for fastening disk brake equipment, and in the middle of the cross beam a technological gap is made allowing to place elements of lemniscate mechanism. Technical result - increase of speed limits of a railway vehicle by simultaneous reduction of the frame mass, improving the reception and transmission of traction and braking effort and by improving the efficiency of braking.
