PURPOSE: A portable electronic device having a motion control cursor is provided to control the FOV of a display with the motion of the portable electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A first control logic portion creates a first image on a display(22) indicating a part of the visible output of a software application. A second control logic portion adjusts the FOV(Field-Of-View) of the first image on the basis of the movement of a portable electronic device(20) detected by a motion sensor(24). A third control logic portion displays the second image of a cursor within an internal area of the visible output when the internal area is within the FOV of the first image.
